My Weight Loss Journey

I want to take the time out and share my weight loss journey. Back in 2008 I weighed almost 170 lbs and I stood 5'3". I was very unhappy with my weight. I would eat a healthy breakfast and lunch, but for dinner I would eat Jack & the Box. Not a good choice. After a while I cut out fast food, soda, and candy. 

I met a coworker who sold Advocare and I was very interested. I tried numerous products from GNC and they did not work for me. 

I started with Advocare in 2010. I personally love the berry and chocolate meal replacement shakes, the apple cinnamon AM bars, the gingerbread bars at Xmas time, the V02 prime bars, and spark.

With diet, exercise, and Advocare products I was able to lose over 30 lbs.
